INJECTION MOLDING PROCESS ENGINEER (F/M)

International Subcontracting Electronic Group ($ 1 BILLION, 15 300 employees, 14 factory sites in 7 countries all over the world), a well-known international player in the Automotive field (5th in Top Automotive EMS in 2017), spread over Asia, Europe and America, is currently experiencing strong growth.
For one of their most important plant in the world, located in Mexico ($ 120 Million in 2018, Headcounts over 2 000 people), we are looking for a Injection Molding Process Engineer.
Under authority of a Plastics Project Leader, your main job duties will be :
Training, equipment, and process efficiency ; develop and implement strategies to continuously improve molding efficiency by reducing cycle times, improved tooling and machine uptime, and oversee capital investment in the molding area ; serve as the injection molding expert resource for the engineering team during new business quoting and New Product Introduction ; lead the Molding organization through various ISO certifications.
You will oversee and improve the plant Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) ; you’ll maximize alternate material usage, maintain cycle times and decrease scrap. You also make improvements to the process that is beneficial to the company. You will close work with the technical teams of our customers, with the mold techs, the maintenance department, tooling and management to accomplish all these goals.
Le profil souhaité
The position requires to have proven injection molding processing experience across varied machines, resins, and auxiliary equipment; a good tooling and material testing and mold setting knowledge, and also to have ideally a good knowledge of Box-built processes related to project manufacturing for medium- or large-scale productions. Experience with automated color blending will be plus.
You will be required to harness your level of involvement, a keen eye for detail and a results driven approach, ambitions in terms of efficiency and improving manufacturing quality processes, soft and outstanding communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit and professionalism to become a valued member of our Group within an international set-up.
You should speak excellent English. Spanish would be appreciated
